Pastor Jon began his ministry at CrossPoint Church of the Nazarene on October 12th, 2008. He comes to Madison after pastoring in the Dakotas--8 years in Fessenden, ND and 3 years in Miller, SD. He grew up in Nebraska and holds a B.A. degree from MidAmerica Nazarene University, plus a M.Div. degree from Nazarene Theological Seminary. Jon and his wife Maryjane have been married since July 2005. Pastor Jon is passionate about relationship building, the church actively pursuing her God given mission in the community, and most of all people coming to a personal faith in Jesus Christ. He enjoys reading, music, playing board games, and rooting for the Lakers, the 49ers, and the Cornhuskers.
