Church Elections
Church Elections are taking place on Sunday, May 25th. If you are unable to vote on that date, ballots will be available by request through Pastor Isaac on Sunday, May 18th. Church elections are for those who are members of the church. 

Ladies Events
The next Walk-n-Talk will take place on Saturday, June 21st.

Kennedy School Volunteer Opportunity
Pastor Paul is volunteering at Kennedy Elementary School on Thursdays from 9-11am and would love for others to join him! Right now, he’s reading with kindergarten students and is looking for volunteers who would enjoy helping with that. Additional opportunities to serve may also be available in the future.
If you’re interested in getting involved, a background check is required. For more information or to sign up, please talk to Pastor Paul. 

Softball 
Softball and hot dog eaters needed! Whether you are an amazing player OR a great hot dog eater, come out to Demetral Field on Monday's for a great time for fellowshipping and playing softball together. There is a small chance that if you show up, you'll be asked to play - a hot dog in one hand and the baseball mitt in the other - but it's all about having fun and spending time together! The next game is Monday, May 19th at 6:15pm.

CARENET BABY BOTTLE CAMPAIGN!
From Mother's Day until Father's Day we will be collecting money for Carenet Pregnancy Center here in Dane County. Please take a baby bottle home today and bring it back on Father's Day...filled with coins, bills, or checks!

Buildings and Grounds Help
The Buildings and Grounds Team is looking for volunteers to assist with ongoing projects and tasks at the church & parsonage. Please reach out to Clay for more information. The biggest current need is people to join the mowing team!

Mission Prayer Focus: Thailand

THAILAND -THAILAND is located in southeast Asia. The Church of the Nazarene has been in Thailand since 1989. Challenges they face are an aging population, a shrinking workforce, and increased immigration from neighboring countries - particularly Myanmar.
Pray for the ministry leaders who are teaching the love of Jesus to immigrants who are far from their homes.                                              
Pray for New Creation Center children’s ministry in Bangkok - that they will have an impact on those who have fled war-torn Myanmar. This center is being used to transform lives. It provides education in various skills that will help the students in their future.

Bars of soap (bath size or larger), shampoo (12-18oz), hand towels, seven regular sanitary pads (unscented, individually wrapped). Don't want to shop, but would still like to help out? You can donate money instead of specific items anytime!
