Prayer and Care Kits (PACK) for NYC: For the month of May, we are collecting items for the youth to take to NYC to create kits to pass out while they are there. These are the items that are needed: Hand towels, washcloths, unopened toothbrushes, 5 oz toothpaste, 5 oz bars of soap, 4 oz shampoo, pocket size tissues, 32-80 size pack of wipes, 40-100 pack of assorted bandages, 4 oz stick deodorants, hair comb, sanitary napkins, disposable razors. The box is in the foyer. If you prefer, you can donate money, just mark your giving as “NYC PACK”
District Lay Retreat:October 9-11, 2026; Speaker: District Superintendent, Andy Albright; Worship: Tiffany & Jesse Boyarski and Trevor Burns.
**There is a change to the location for Lay Retreat due to a scheduling conflict** It will now be held at Hotel Mead in Wisconsin Rapids. They have updated rooms, a swimming pool & hot tub, a restaurant, and a new volleyball court. There are many other outdoor activities, as well as shopping, in the Wisconsin Rapids area.  If you have already booked a room at the Best Western in Tomah, please call and cancel that reservation!

Church Elections: Church elections will be held on Sundays, May 24 & 31 . Nomination letters have been sent and if you received one, please respond by May 17th.
Assembly and Conventions will be held July 16-18 in Wheeler/Menomonie.
Baby Shower for Miranda and Josh on Sunday, May 17, immediately following the morning
service. Everyone is welcome to come celebrate with them! This is Baby Boy #2. They are in need of a specific stroller so monetary gifts toward that purchase would be most appreciated!
The River Food Collection: We have a new bin where we are collecting non-perishable food for The River Food Pantry. This is an on-going food collection. When the bin is getting full, we will deliver it to them and bring it back to fill it again. Please remember that the food needs to be non-perishable.
Walter Whitehorse has been moved into a Memory Care Facility in Cottage Grove. Please contact Katy or Chari Suiter for his contact information, if you haven't received it and would like it. Walter would enjoy both visitors and cards.
